Floeck is a free app for public transport information in Cologne and the area of the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Sieg. By using the app you accept these terms.
2. Data source
Datenquelle: VRS · Alle Angaben ohne Gewähr (data source: VRS · all information without guarantee).
Timetables, real-time data and stops come from the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Sieg. Delays, cancellations and changes can occur at short notice and are not always shown in time. Please also pay attention to the displays and announcements on site.
3. Availability
There is no entitlement to the app or any of its features being available at all times. Features may be changed or discontinued.
4. Liability
For damage arising from the use of the app, for example a missed connection, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
5. Account
To save favourites you can sign in with Google or Apple. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → "Delete account". This also deletes your favourites.
6. Final provisions
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country you live in remain unaffected.
